Normally I would go with my sis, but she is busy with more important things right now. She is going to have a baby. The third one. Almost half way through her pregnancy , past\u00a0chorion biopsy with bad results, followed by an amniocentesis with good news finally. All is well with \u00a0the baby. So far so good. So instead of her I am traveling with my Mum.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Where to? Malta.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Long long time ago when I was 19, almost made it. It is only natural \u00a0that it has been on my travel list ever since.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>5 nights without my son. Now that is tough. Not the one who goes on vacations without \u00a0a child. \u00a0We are always together.<\/p>\n<p>The max. was 4 nights so far, guess each year I up it by a day.<\/p>\n<p>His Dad arrived late last night, after a week of relaxing in London, preparing for the tough job of looking after his son.<\/p>\n<p>5 days with him. I would say it isn&#8217;t enough. Especially since he doesn&#8217;t have to do any of those mundane chores like cooking, cleaning, washing, ironing, not even driving him to school.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Do you know where is your uniform? Your tennis racket, shoes? Can you make your sandwich? Do you know how to order from Wasabi? And from Alessio? (restaurants that we frequently order from ) Do you know how to turn on and off the security system?&#8221; I asked.<\/p>\n<p>My son answered yes to all of these questions. As he walked me to the taxi I told him to look after his Dad. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>So here we are, flying by Wizzair. Not my first choice, but that is the only one that flies directly from Budapest to Malta\u00a0right now.\u00a0Having bought priority check-in and boarding made it much more pleasant. Got my water, hand cream, lip balm and the Malta handbook.<\/p>\n<p>Been so busy, that I haven&#8217;t even planned anything yet.<\/p>\n<p>Got 2 hours flight time to figure it out.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>P.S.: The trip was great.
